INVEST FOR SUCCESS
Some of you may not like
this, but it's the truth. If you
are calling yourself a
"model" then you need to
have clear, professional/
semi-professional images.
Sometimes you have to
spend money in order to
make money. No one in the
industry is going to take you
seriously if you have blurry
images taken from a bad
digital camera your mom
gave you for Christmas. And
the biggest pet peeve is
CELL PHONE PICS. That is
a definite NO NO. Especially
the mirror cell phone pics.
Ladies, I know most of you
don't have the money to go
out and hire a pro
photographer, but if you are
going to build a modeling
port, you should start with
fresh images. When you
make the decision to build a
portfolio on a networking site
in order to do tfp work, further
your career, and gain
experience, please invest a
few bucks and go to
somewhere like Sears or JC
Penny Portrait Studio and
have three separate looks
done.
Once you have that in your
port, then the photographers
will know that you are
serious, and will want to
work with you and help you
out. You would be surprised
how much of a response you
get.
If you want this to be a
career, and you don't take it
seriously, no one else will. If
you want to acheive your
goals, you have to build a
plan and then work hard to
make it happen.
You are all so beautiful, each
of you has your own unique
look and personality. I want
to see that in those images.
